“Creepy Slow Burn With Good Twists”

This is a great easy read! Very gripping, leaves you on the edge of your seat waiting to find out what’s going to happen between the characters. There was one narrative strand about Kate’s missing sister Scarlett that I feel could have been explored a bit better as it felt a bit too much like a filler story to explain Kate’s backstory – yet had enough page time to almost make it a sub-storyline (or even a red herring almost!), that didn’t have enough depth other than a quick tie-in at the end. Other than this – it was a great story, loved the creepy dynamic between the two main characters Della & Kate, loved the slow burn and the twists, the prologue helped to kickstart the book but the story is so gripping you can’t help but be completely hooked!
